The store is easy to find and neatly organised, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and clearly worked well as a team. Chimene took the time to understand my specific requirements and talked me through the full process and my options, which have changed considerably since I last visited an optician. Together we settled on the most suitable lens solution and frames, and they arrived faster than expected. Chimene, Kolin and Alan were really helpful in choosing a frame that was not only stylish but practical as well.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Made a pair of glasses based on the prescription they provided at another store, but the prescription didn’t work for me. When i shared this with them, they told me there was nothing they could do as I didn’t make the glasses at their store. There was a huge difference in the previous prescription they provided and the new one they gave me after i went back, and honestly could have been really dangerous if I had worn my glasses on the road. Disappointed in the lack of accountability and won’t be going back. Edit: Chimene personally reached out to me to rectify this situation. Appreciate the gesture and accountability taken.

From the start till the end of my time in the shop, he explain clearly and carefully about my prescription. He did not rush and really took his time which i really like because it tells me to trust him even more. I managed to purchase new specs and lenses under him. She took her time to adress my eye concerns and assured me that everything was good. She is clear and concise in explaining the procedure during the eye examination.
